Here are your Day 1 tips & audio!

If you're in bed, lay on your back and stretch your arms out to the side as wide as you can (at 90 degrees from your body), palms facing up. Try and open up your chest as much as you can, even push it slightly upwards. Breathe deeply and slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth for around 30 seconds or so.

If you're up out of bed, then sit or stand, and take your arms out wide and do the same. In this position you can even tilt your head back a little to make the stretch even more open.

A little like this (but not quite so tipped back)....

 

Then, listen to the audio below several times, and intentionally smile... even if you don't feel like it, lift the corners of your mouth and squeeze your eyes a little so the smile reaches them too!

Stretch and come back whenever you need to as your day unwinds.

Remind yourself how pure and innocent the world is through a baby's eyes.... and try and live in the moment yourself today as much as you can.

Find joy in the smallest of things... magic in the little details.
